God has the final say! He is God and God alone, his words will not return to him void and everything that concerns his child concerns him. His promises are yes and AMEN! I have already won.

Governments and Courts are supposed to come under Equal Protection Grounds under the law; They cannot practice selective enforcement under the law, but they do and they have. They have a process they have to follow and they did not. They had a line to not cross, and they pole-vaulted over it because they had power. God has more power and he does not fail.

2012 Connecticut General Statutes Title 8-Zoning, Planning, Housing and Community Development Chapter 124-Zoning Section 8-12 a Establishment of municipal penalties for violations of regulations. Universal Citation CT Gen Stat 8-12a (2012) Further this man is breaking the law by using the courts as an improper tool to enforce ordinances/laws that do not apply and not following the laws of the Town and CT. You cannot collect anything from misrepresented ordinances. Per The general statutes, CT Gen Stat 8-12a (2012) (c) is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof(Effective October 1, 2012): (c)Any zoning enforcement officer who issues a citation pursuant to an ordinance adopted under this section shall be liable for treble damages in any civil action if the court finds that such citation was issued frivolously or without probable cause.

I moved from Danbury to Brookfield to get away from the AV asses and he moved too...in 2013...Luck Me (insert sarcasm) Fortunately for me, I have another ass across the busy street who is also Godless and satan puppeted fool. He has nothing better to do and no life of his own. They colluded with this fool and got his friends to lie and they put on their complaints everything they were told to write by this Town worker. One of the complaints is handwritten and they signed their name wrong. Good job! What happens is that when you lie, God lets you expose yourself. This worker has a personal agenda because he had words with my husband in Danbury; The Town collects personal property tax so they know exactly what I own and that it is a Landscaping business. They know the process so they cheat, they hope you don't know it, or that you are afraid or too ignorant to go against them. They are fully aware that Landscaping businesses are not ONLY permitted but a matter of right and are considered a Customary Home Occupation. in almost every district except one and they know that I live in an R-40 zone. I am not sure what makes people think that this behavior is ok to cause chaos in a neighbor's life, but God specifically hates that type of behavior it is in his word. Worse when you read the law it states specifically is his job to offer a permit; yet he decides that he is going to collude with three people who get their friends to lie, so he can get me to remove everything I own and pay personal property tax on from your own home. I just wanted peace. We mind our business and we try to do what is right in God's sight. Since satan hates God's children he finds puppets to use to accomplish his will. My business will stay in Jesus name and they will not get a penny. I declare victory in the name of Jesus.

So with ordinances that intentionally do not apply, they send cease and desist letters to scare you and when you try to apply for permits they ignore you. They pretend they follow the rules by putting partial truths sprinkled with lies in these letters. They never do the process that you are entitled to by law, and they send you to court hoping you default and then they win. They tried to get a restraining order (permanent injunction) to get me to remove all of the things I use for personal and landscaping. It is not only terrible to experience this, I got PTSD but I am trusting God to heal me. They drag you to court where no lawyers want to help, or you get a lawyer for a lot of money who kisses their butt and so you paid money for nothing.  The Town allows his behavior and the courts simply assist the town. It is a disgrace. It is an abuse of process, not what the court was intended for. It is against the oath they take before GOD and it is unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution. They have a process to follow and they don't. They weaponized the court system to ensure compliance. Except I fought back because I have God, and he is my vindication and he will defend me and has every time and I will stand because I have the God-given right to stand. Every lawyer I tried to get to help me had the same thing to say, that guy is an a**hole. I agree. This is how they roll. The tactic is intimidation and fear; It is a lie. In the Town of Brookfield, in which he moved after Danbury in 2013 he is the ZEO so he is fully aware of ALL of the laws and if he is breaking them or not. The Court is only supposed to decide if what the ZEO did is lawful and not be used as a weapon to comply with a misrepresented law.

I tried to talk to him, but he was not reasonable. He has a huge ego and by his behavior, this man is emotionally bankrupt, and Godless. His behavior is reckless and unlawful; He is a bully. His behavior is egregious and he has broken the laws in Connecticut that he pretends to uphold. The job of the government is to work with the people; His agenda is to stop a landscaping business from operating when the law says you can have it, will not stand and that is why I appealed it. His oath was violated in two towns that he pretends to uphold. His behavior is disgusting, and he just bullied ANYONE for the last time because that is how it works when you mess with God's kids. The devil is a liar and he always overplays his hand. This man belongs to his father the devil and it shows. The lawyer who takes the case has a legal obligation to not put in a meritorious claim and so does the judge who takes the case they have legal obligations as well. It is your constitutional right to fairness, to work, and to be heard when you get into court. They have all failed, but the are legal consequences to their actions. That will be another entry later on and I am fully pursuing every legal avenue. Listen up because you will answer to God!

Not only is there a law that says Landscaping is permitted in an R-40 Zone Just say for fun they had a law which they do not. No law can be written that is unconstitutional. If a local law is written and is unconstitutional, the Constitution overrides it. Also, The Supremacy Clause is a clause within Article VI of the U.S. Constitution that dictates that federal law is the "supreme law of the land." This means that judges in every state must follow the Constitution, laws, and treaties of the federal government in matters that are directly or indirectly within the government's control. Under the doctrine of preemption, which is based on the Supremacy Clause, federal law preempts state law, even when the laws conflict. Thus, a federal court may require a state to stop certain behavior it believes interferes with, or is in conflict with, federal law. You cannot be singled out. He had a legal obligation to come under equal protection grounds and in good faith. (Which he did not do). It is your constitutional right to work, and this is Connecticut they collect personal property tax, (on your personal property) so they are fully aware that these two constitutional rights are being violated when they do this crap to people.

In Danbury, he took it upon himself to go in his town car and get himself involved in a civil suit because he was going to "show us" This man made sure to do this while he was working for the City of Danbury and he made sure to take pictures of his town car. (good thing he is not as smart as he thinks he is) In the process of discovery of this flood case (the blatant lie of a neighbor and a board member of AV) they provided me with all of the evidence to prove that he was breaking the law and involved in assisting her. Then he built a case based on ordinances that do not fit the criteria of "Contractors Yard" for the construction field all while using a highway right of way ordinance which in Danbury or Brookfield does not fit us to make me comply. Then he did the same thing in Brookfield. Accept this time I was ready with the help of the Lord represent myself in court and it was embarrassing for them to get schooled by a Pro-Se. Let's remember David and Goliath and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego when they were thrown into the fiery flames of the furnace and they came out but did not smell like smoke, they forgot the fourth man in the fire was Jesus.

Let's break it down. They take an ordinance that does not fit you. They take the law (and it does not apply to you) and skirt around it shouting guilty, guilty all breaking it themselves, but when they bring it to court you have to not only fight them but the judge as well, because they just rule with the Town. The attorney you just paid big bucks for kisses their butts because it's a big ugly, stinky bed of lies and they are all in it together, so they settle and you feel better even though you did nothing illegal. I decided to go Pro-Se and because of that I went in Faith with Jesus on my side, and I'm glad I did because I made him tell the truth. Perjury in CT Gen Stat 53a-156 (2013) and is a Class D Felony. I guess he should have thought about that before he made up a vexatious case and broke the law. When you get authority you take an oath and swear to God you will carry that oath with dignity and respect.

GCA Title 8 Municipal powers section 7-152C Section 8-12 I received letters of intimidation. This is a danger to citizens as it is crafted to intentionally deceive and you never receive the fairness from the beginning. The process was ignored by the City/Town. They are aware you will never get a hearing with the town/city because its intentionally written in a crafty way. They must abide by a hearing procedure for citations or the laws are being broken so they intentionally send vague letters with some of the law printed on them, but not the full law of course, and not one that applied to me of course. Didn't you ever notice the devil tells part of the truth, then he sprinkles lies into them so it seems believable? See They have laws they must abide by, and this man chose not to. Further, when you do not sign the cards for the USPS return receipt requested they are happy to sign them themselves evidently, because in two towns that is exactly what happened to me. The $250 a day....This is not a valid citation as it on its face looks real, ONLY a judge issues fines, but we both know it isn’t, and it's just another lie. See due to all the previous harassment from yourself and Sean (remember when you took pictures of your town cars and provided them to Carolyn Cunningham when you were trying to frame me for something I didn’t do? Then you came to spray paint my land & tell me that my side yard that houses my septic belongs to the City and it didn't. I still have those. I have a bucket of proof and I have no issue exposing you because I do not like liars and God hates them too. Yes God hates this behavior it's in the Bible. They must issue a dollar amount of specificity to either pay or contest and they must give you the information to contest but he intentionally does not. The factor you Mr. Man never took into account is that I belong to God and he is a God of Justice. I know the courts are crooked, but God will make them uphold the laws through whomever he chooses. I knew that these letters were just an attempt to frighten me into compliance and I was not intimated one bit. I had enough. He exposed you on the stand.

I broke no laws but what he is doing is illegal. How do you insert yourself in a civil case, and then use the system to harass my family? Who acts like this? You are lost and it's sad. He has been harassing my family using his job to harass me and my family since he worked In Danbury and it started in 2009. I was sued for land that the City DID NOT OWN, which is a direct result of him in the town car (I own the pictures I got them in discovery) and on the clock doing favors for friends in a lawsuit between neighbors. Town workers lived in the same development Sean and this dude were kind enough to expose themselves by taking pictures in a personal suit. I am making them public as I have had enough of this evil, intentional, malicious behavior. It is a clear pattern and he chooses should be removed from his position for abusing his “power.” He took it upon himself to help take pictures of a fence and my property for a neighbor who flooded in the middle of a Nor’Easter on 2-26-10 and they installed a Sump Pump. He took pictures of a snow-covered Excavator doing work at the neighbor's house (which he supplied) which was used to install drainage and that Sump Pump to Carolyn C and too bad the work was done that you are pretending caused a flood did not happen. You prepped me to shut you down and I did on the stand. You were forced to tell the truth and it ate you up. The Town allowed his egregious behavior. He knew exactly what he was doing and now it is finished!

I searched for a lawyer and the one I got was Jesus. In my search, many truths were revealed to me and he guided my steps. The story I was told was about how he was harassing a woman with children's toys in her yard. It's disgusting. I suggest you get your heart right because he is not pleased with this evil behavior and not having been saved puts God as the one on my side he is the judge, he reins in the courtroom of heaven and as it is in heaven it will be on earth. I am letting you know I know I am within my legal rights and I am aware there are legal consequences to your actions and I am fully pursuing ALL of them. I have suffered enough with my finances and my mental health because of your evil actions. I am over it now and I am putting a stop to it with these legal actions I am pursuing all of them. I asked you to do what is right and what is lawful, that was your opportunity from the Lord to check yourself before you wrecked yourself. You did not listen then because you thought you were above the law you continued without ANY care. Now you will deal with whatever seeds you have sown in your land and that is on you.

Currently, I am waiting for the appellate court's decision. It was prophesied that this case would be overturned. In faith, I decree and declare that I have won and this case is overturned in the mighty name of Jesus. I am standing on God he is solid ground and he has never failed. I am standing! AMEN!
